I’m so excited to introduce myself as a new Account Manager at York IE — ready to hit the ground running on the services team!
When I first spoke with Adam about York IE, I’d never heard of an investment-slash-strategic advisory-slash-operational growth firm. I quickly realized that was because no such thing existed before York IE.
After speaking with Kyle and other members of the team (shout-out to Kate and Meg!) I became more certain that this was an incredible opportunity for me to join a passionate, talented group of people who’ve created something truly special and unique. “Investment” at York IE means so much more than just a financial stake — it means mentorship, partnership, and rolling up their sleeves to put in the work that will help companies succeed.
And, as a bonus — they are based right here in my native Southern NH, where I relocated three years ago with my family from the Boston area.
That’s why I was excited about York IE. But what do I bring to the table?
I spent the last decade honing my skills as a marketing project manager in educational publishing and EdTech. During that time, I partnered with many dedicated Marketing and Creative colleagues to conceptualize and execute campaigns for a diverse portfolio of products ranging from grade school through higher education — first in the United States and later in international markets as well.
I thrive on building strong relationships that are founded on collaboration, transparency, and communication — knowing my clients well enough to be proactive and anticipate their next request before they’ve articulated it. I love finding efficiencies that help us work smarter. I love problem-solving when the unexpected happens (as it always does!). Most of all, I love delivering results that exceed expectations.
Now, I’m thrilled to be part of a team that is already inspiring me to level up and challenge myself. To be part of an organization where I can make a measurable impact every day to benefit both York IE and, more importantly, the startups we work with.
Here’s to the next decade and beyond!
