Kyle has dedicated his career to innovation in the technology industry, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS. He excels in driving growth through product, go-to-market, and finance strategies. Previously, Kyle led product strategy at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, scaled ARR at Dyn from $3M to $100M, and ran west coast sales for EdTech vertical SaaS company WhippleHill (acquired by Blackbaud).

Joe leads the firm’s investment practice and business strategy. He works with entrepreneurs on corporate strategy, growth planning, fundraising, and M&A activities, while also overseeing York IE’s market intelligence and corporate growth efforts. Previously, Joe held leadership roles at Oracle and Dyn, where he raised $100 million in growth capital and led strategic acquisitions.

Adam leads go-to-market efforts and marketing across both operating platform and investments. He is a strategic advisor helping entrepreneurs build their personal brands. Previously, Adam held key roles at Dyn and Oracle, overseeing corporate communications and content strategies. He began his career as an award-winning journalist in the US, Asia and Europe.

Mike is the CTO, Managing Director, Advisory & Co-Founder at York IE, where he leads all product initiatives and helps early-stage startups and scaling tech businesses build scalable, market-ready products. He also guides go-to-market strategies through website development, digital marketing, revenue operations, and communications operating platform. Additionally, Mike oversees the development of Fuel, the market research platform that powers York IE’s services and investment strategies.

Janelle leads all finance, HR and G&A initiatives for York IE. She also collaborates with founders and entrepreneurs on strategic finance initiatives, including financial processes, reporting, and operational management. She also focuses on tech stack improvements, growth planning, and providing support for strategic transactions, ensuring that startups are well-equipped for financial success.

Ashley oversees all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the firm. Ashley corresponds with startups and co-investors, drives forward strategic initiatives, and organizes and maintains complex schedules for the team. Additionally, Ashley manages all aspects of York IE’s real estate portfolio, charitable causes, and community projects.

Marshall is responsible for identifying emerging trends and market opportunities for York IE’s investments. Marshall meets with entrepreneurs and founders and commits time to deeply understand companies, products and markets. In addition to discovering new opportunities, Marshall works closely with portfolio companies, advising on all stages of the startup lifecycle.

Tom Holahan is General Partner at York IE and a Founding Partner of the firm’s Early Growth Fund, which focuses on making minority investments in capital efficient software and AI companies. At York IE, Tom focuses on partnering with founder-led businesses that are lightly capitalized and scaling rapidly to help them reach their full potential.

Evan serves as the Vice President of Product Strategy & Development at York IE, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s product vision and strategy. With a wealth of experience in product management and development, he is dedicated to driving innovation for York IE’s clients as they build their SaaS products.

Gregg helps clients navigate York IE services to ensure the right solutions are tailored for their needs to drive growth. Prior to joining York IE, Gregg was the Chief Revenue Officer at PT United, an online distribution marketplace for physical therapy equipment. Gregg has also held sales and sales leadership positions at Oracle, Scribe Software, ServiceChannel and Dyn.

Kalrav leads York IE’s India office where he is focused on driving quality and innovation within the company and ensuring that York IE remains a leader in tech-enabled services. Kalrav was previously CEO of ACW Technologies Pvt Ltd, a bootstrapped firm he founded with an aspiration to revolutionize the way organizations design, manage, and innovate their cloud infrastructure.

Cassandra is VP of GTM Advisory, Marketing at York IE, helping founders and operators cut through the noise with go-to-market strategy across websites, demand generation, media relations, and RevOps that drives repeatable growth. Before York IE, she led go-to-market programs at PixelMEDIA for brands like Metallica, KIND Snacks, Skechers, and Stonewall Kitchen.

Matt Shapiro is the VP of Investments, where he leads deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio support with a focus on monetization strategy. He also helps optimize the firm’s investment operations through systems evaluation and process improvement initiatives.
