I’m excited to join York IE’s investment team, where I’ll source and evaluate new early stage growth opportunities.
It’s a fascinating time to be in technology, and there is an incredible opportunity to back founders who will define the next wave of disruption.
York IE is uniquely built to identify and support founders solving complex challenges and shaping the future of technology, across AI and software. Most firms compete for the same opportunities, sourced through similar channels.
Our strategy creates a sourcing advantage before a company decides to raise, and our positioning in the ecosystem opens relationships other firms cannot access. Just as important is what happens after the investment: the operating platform and value creation team that supports companies as they scale.
Our founders have earlier access on the front end and real operating support on the back end. I believe that combination is rare, and it’s one of the many reasons I am so excited to join the team.
Prior to joining York IE, I was an investor at Clearhaven Partners, a lower middle market buyout firm focused on bootstrapped and founder-owned enterprise software businesses, where I sourced and diligenced investment opportunities and worked directly with portfolio company leadership supporting their value creation initiatives. Before that, I spent several years at Oliver Street Capital, where we deployed $400M+ across 20+ industrial real estate investments. I started my career in investment banking at Truist Securities in the Financial Sponsors Group.
Outside of work, I’m a Boston area native and a Harvard grad. At Harvard, I majored in History, with a focus on World War II and was a four-year member of the varsity lacrosse team. I enjoy traveling, skiing, staying active, and trying new restaurants in Boston’s South End with my wife.
Extremely excited and grateful to join such a high caliber team.
