Of the thousands of deals we look at each year, we back less than 20. As a result, we’re only looking for startups that fit our investing principles. Ideally, that means you have:
- A product
- Revenue
- A team of complementary talents
- A clearly defined next 12-month road map
We selectively invest at the earliest stage through Series A startups. We’re also primarily focused on B2B, subscription, SaaS.
Lastly, we want to work with entrepreneurs who have a big idea but also want to build a successful business. We think startups are great for communities and so we’re bias toward entrepreneurs who are trying to build more than just profit.
