As the head of York IE India, I’m excited to introduce you to our newest team members and share that we’re close to reaching 100 employees.

Our Ahmedabad office continues to grow as we support York IE’s portfolio companies and Advisory as a Service clients in the areas of product development and website development.

It’s fantastic to see such a mix of expertise and youth coming in from various states across India. And the addition of skills in .NET and Microsoft Azure domains sets us up for a promising future.

Vinni Panchal

Hi, I’m Vinni Panchal, an accomplished product manager with a proven track record of driving innovation and success in the tech industry. Over the past seven years, I’ve been entrusted with the role of a product owner, where I’ve honed my skills in crafting and executing product strategies across various domains.

My journey in product management has been an exhilarating voyage through multiple industries. From telecom to digital marketing, travel to access control, I’ve had the privilege of immersing myself in the unique challenges and opportunities that each domain presents. This breadth of experience has enriched my perspective and allows me to bring fresh insights to every project.

I am excited to be a part of York IE, and together we can embark on a journey of innovation and achievement.

Parth Rana

As a Xamarin developer with 2.5 years of hands-on experience, I have demonstrated proficiency in crafting cross-platform mobile applications that blend the power of C# and Xamarin.Forms to deliver dynamic and visually appealing user experiences. My experience includes integrating third-party libraries, APIs and services to enhance app functionality, as well as optimising app performance and responsiveness.

During this time, I have effectively collaborated with cross-functional teams, transforming ideas into fully functional apps while adhering to best coding practices and industry standards, with a keen eye for user experience and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the mobile app development landscape.

Mukesh Rathwa

I am a seasoned IT professional with over 16 years of diverse industry experience, specializing in software development and cloud technologies. I have spent over a decade honing my skills as a .NET specialist, along with databases like PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL and SQL Server. My experience encompasses a wide range of .NET technologies including ASP.NET, C# and various frameworks, enabling me to build robust and scalable applications that meet the unique needs of the business.

Over the last few years, I have immersed myself in the world of cloud computing with a strong focus on Azure. As a Microsoft Certified Azure Developer Associate, I possess good skills in Azure services like Azure Web App, Function App, Service Bus, Storage (Blob, Queue) and

Azure PostgreSQL DB.

I have successfully automated build and release pipelines using Azure DevOps for deploying .NET applications and have good knowledge in Azure resource creation using Terraform scripts.

Mansi Mehta

I am Mansi Mehta from India. I am 37 years old and I did my master’s in commerce. Since my childhood, I was involved in my father’s business, and by the time I grew up I started handling my father’s business accounting. After that, I completed my bachelor’s in commerce and pursued my master’s at last. In 2007, I started work as a junior accountant, and since then I am continuously gaining knowledge and expertise in my field by working through different companies.

Today, I get the chance to work with York IE as a senior accountant. It’s very interesting for me to work with an IT company which has multiple locations overseas and has a very diverse staff in the office. To work with overseas co-workers can definitely increase my knowledge for international accounting as well as improve my interpersonal skills. I can definitely work independently and under pressure by giving 100% to achieve the integrity of my work and maintain the company’s standard as well. I am looking forward to working with this company and becoming an asset.

Devendra Verma

I am Devendra Verma, an entrepreneurial and proactive product manager specializing in the development of tech products. I thrive in collaborative environments, and I possess substantial expertise in discerning market needs, shaping product visions and overseeing the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch.

My background in accounting and finance offers an extra benefit in harmonizing business elements with product results. I’ve been a member of prestigious product manager communities such as Nextleap and Producthood, which have provided me with opportunities to learn from industry experts and exchange knowledge with others.

Avani Dave

My name is Avani Dave, a self-motivated tech enthusiast from Rajkot, Gujarat, holding a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering. I am a senior software engineer with expertise in MERN stack technologies, having more than four years of experience.

Beyond my career, I have a strong passion for the arts, and I channel my creativity through painting. Additionally, I love to play garba, which brings me a sense of joy and connection to my roots.

Pruthvish Vaghela

Pruthvish Vaghela, a resident of the vibrant city of Ahmedabad in the state of Gujarat, India, brings a blend of technical prowess and a passion for adventure to his life’s journey. Armed with a bachelor’s degree in computer application, Pruthvish has carved out a remarkable career as a JavaScript full-stack developer, amassing over four years of professional experience in crafting innovative web solutions.

Beyond the lines of code, Pruthvish’s life is painted with colors of wanderlust. He finds joy in traversing in diverse cultures and capturing the essence of his journeys through the lens of his camera. This love for exploration extends to his fascination with unscrewing things, where he enjoys the challenge of understanding how things work and putting them back together. Dharmik Shah

I am Dharmik Shah, a 22-year-old software developer originally from Ahmedabad, India. From a young age, I discovered my passion for software development, which has become a defining part of my identity. Whether it’s crafting elegant code or solving programming challenges, I thrive on the endless possibilities that the tech world offers.

I am 2023 batch pass-out student with a bachelor of engineering major in computer engineering. Beyond my professional pursuits, I am also a dedicated traveler and car enthusiast. One of my biggest dreams is to travel around the world, with a special fascination for exploring the different landscapes and cultures of the United States.

In my free time, you can often find me engrossed in software development projects, constantly honing my coding skills and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the digital era. Additionally, I am an active sports enthusiast, enjoying games like cricket and volleyball, which provide a perfect balance to my tech-centered life. I’m not afraid to step out of my comfort zone, and hiking is one such adventure that fuels my sense of exploration.
