Introducing a new platform for strategic growth

Mike Arsenault Joins York IE as Newest Investment Partner and Advisor

(Manchester, N.H., Nov. 1) — York IE, a vertically integrated strategic growth and investment firm, announced today that Mike Arsenault, senior account executive at PromoteIQ, has been named an investment partner and advisor, focusing on digital marketing and advertising.

Arsenault brings with him quality experience helping marketers with the data and tools needed for every stage of the digital advertising journey, from audience planning to data management, including effective and efficient solutions for brand safety, fraud protection, contextual relevance, viewability confirmation and return on investment measurement.

“Much of my career has been about growing and developing long-standing, mutually beneficial business relationships and helping the company strategize in an always-evolving market,” Arsenault said. “I’m very much aligned with York IE’s ‘long game’ view and look forward to sharing my approach and experiences to help drive brand awareness across the portfolio.”

Arsenault will work with York IE’s portfolio companies as an advisor in digital marketing and advertising. His experience will be utilized to help examine the current role and landscape of IT, its valuable metrics and the impact it has on digital transformation.

“Mike is the ultimate business development professional,” said Kyle York, CEO, York IE. “His insight into the digital world gives our portfolio companies a sounding board to really understand the market. He sees solutions instead of problems, and his ability to assess any business landscape and implement a strategy will be an excellent resource for early-stage startups.”

Arsenault previously spent four years at Oracle as senior Oracle Data Cloud enterprise accounts client partner, Data as a Service to enterprise retailers such as Lowe’s and Macy’s and their digital agencies. In his current role with PromoteIQ, he is selling a SaaS retail media solution that enables large retailers to build and scale their on-site media programs, using data to capture consumer attention and drive results. Retail media is one of the fastest-growing digital channels, as most retailers are set out to mimic what Amazon has built with Amazon Advertising.

Arsenault will also join York IE’s core investment syndicate focused on early-stage B2B SaaS companies. This primary investment vehicle is made up of a group of high-net-worth individuals, successful tech entrepreneurs, family offices and strategic partners.

Arsenault joins other publicly listed York IE advisors, including:

  • Tom Daly, former senior vice president, infrastructure at Fastly and former co-founder and CTO of Dyn;
  • Mark Sunday, longtime Oracle CIO and enterprise technology expert;
  • Dr. Julie Gurner, executive performance expert and founder of executive performance coaching business Gurner Consulting; and
  • Kara Banosian, CMO of Stavvy;
  • in addition to more than 30 other investment partners and advisors.
